Transfer Credit Evaluation Procedures
- Locate course materials to be evaluated including: course description, syllabus, transfer credit report, and an unofficial transcript from previous institution.
- Transfer Credit Report can be located and printed from: http://www.ureg.ohio-state.edu
- Complete the Sociology Transfer Credit Evaluation form:
- Students may submit transfer credit evaluation form and course materials to Undergraduate Student Services in 141 Townshend Hall.
- Transfer Credit Evaluation Requests will be reviewed every Tuesday.
- You will be notified via email with the results of your transfer credit evaluation.
- You can pick up your course materials in 141 Townshend within 4 weeks of your email notification. After 4 weeks, your materials will be discarded.
IMPORTANT NOTE: INCOMPLETE TRANSFER CREDIT MATERIALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
